ACWA Group

The French companies Acis, WA Conception and Bio-Pool formed the ACWA group 6 years ago.

ACIS, a designer and manufacturer of swimming pool equipment for more than 20 years, develops and produces: sealing parts, skimmers, wall bushings, inlet nozzles, LED lighting, pumps, filter systems, CCS and balneo solutions.

WA Conception has been manufacturing electrical boxes and controls since 1992 and is widely recognized for the quality of its products and the reliability of its components. The development and manufacture of innovative and reliable products is in WA Conception's DNA.

In addition, with 30 years’ experience, Bio-Pool has become a leader for compatible cells (with the majority of current brands) and salt-water chlorinators. A knowledge and expertise for high quality products guaranteed.

This merger has enabled sharing of the knowhow and skills of the various group members to develop new products dedicated to the world of pools.

The group now has three R&D teams working transversally on its various innovations:

-          Electronics and connected products brings together engineers at the ACWA design office in Pessac

-          Hydraulics, lighting, mechanics and design brings together engineers at the Acis site in St Philbert-de-Grand-Lieu (44)

-          Electricity and water treatment brings together the WA Conception and Bio-Pool teams in Bergerac and Toulouse.

An example of this new approach is the range of connected products, who are developed jointly by WA-Conception, Acis and Bio-Pool. Our connected products are compatible with all standard pool market’s products. They are harmonised with other ACWA group products and can, be used with them.
