The aquanale 2025 highlights of the 3rd day
Finnish relaxation and Belgian excellence – before the exhibition closed its doors the next day, Day 3 at aquanale was particularly international. In the special ‘Sauna from Finland’ area in Hall 8, trade visitors once again experienced how the authentic sauna feeling was interpreted in a modern way. The scent of birch wood, gentle crackling and innovative designs ensured deep relaxation and showed the future of an ancient tradition.
Belgium also presented itself to the trade audience. In the afternoon from 03:45 p.m., this year's aquanale partner country took the stage at the ISW Forum. Here, the industry learned about the Belgian swimming pool and wellness market. Exciting presentations on the latest trends and successfully implemented projects served as inspiration and stimulated professional exchange. The crowning glory of the day was the presentation of the Belgian swimming pool awards ‘Belgian Excellence for aquanale’. This was celebrated at an exclusive reception.
The presentation on the conscious use of bathing water, using the example of the Grane nature experience pool in Göttingen, provided further input in the morning and put the topic of sustainability on the agenda. Jürgen Kannewischer, President of the International Academy for Bathing, Sports and Leisure Facilities in Germany, welcomed guests and handed over to Michael Meßner, economist and press officer of the DGfnB.
Attendees took advantage of this intensive trade fair day to experience innovations and success stories from around the world – aquanale 2025 opened up new perspectives on the world of wellness and bathing!
