Experience Finland’s Unique Sauna Culture Up Close
This was made possible at Aquanale 2023. For its most recent edition, the leading trade fair established a strategic partnership with the Finnish sauna industry network, "Sauna from Finland."

Through this cooperation, participating Finnish companies were given additional visibility and support for their export efforts on a dedicated special platform. With a comprehensive program, the initiative also brought Aquanale visitors closer to the authentic Finnish sauna culture.

Networking and Relaxation in the Lounge
The main focus of the special platform organized by "Sauna from Finland" was a lounge that served as a central area for networking and relaxation. Surrounding the lounge, members and partners of the network showcased their offerings, including "Visit Finland" with the theme "Travel & Sauna Destination Finland." The shared booth reflected the values of the Finnish sauna experience, featuring natural materials, greenery, and a strong emphasis on sustainability.

State-of-the-Art Sauna Technologies
Attendees had the opportunity to experience cutting-edge technological innovations in the sauna industry firsthand, ranging from energy-efficient heating solutions to intelligent sauna controls and automation.

Twice daily, the "Guided Sauna Tour" provided interested visitors with a closer look at Finnish sauna habits and manufacturer products. The tour included a visit to the Sauna Truck in the outdoor area, where attendees could try the traditional Finnish steam infusion, known as "Löyly" – offering a calming sauna experience amidst the busy fair environment.

Daily changing topics surrounding the Finnish lifestyle rounded off the program in the lounge.
