Green Waterparks

Under the title "Green Waterpark", the special exhibition organised by the EWA together with the Kölnmesse will not only present new energy concepts, but also structural and operational measures with which resources can be conserved and potential savings exploited. The exhibition is divided into three sections: Under the heading "Architecture", it will be shown how, for example, recycled or renewable materials can be used in pool construction. The "Technology" section deals, for example, with optimised control of consumption and the environmentally friendly use of chemicals for cleaning and disin-fection.

Under the heading "Operation" it will be shown how positive effects on energy and material consumption in the pools can be achieved with sometimes amazingly simple measures. With the special exhibition "Green Waterpark" at Aquanale, the European Waterpark Association once again wants to underline its claim to be a driving force in promoting innovations and quality offensives for the European pool landscape.
