Our thermotec® insulation material not only reduces your construction time by weeks, but also prevents sound and thermal bridges as well as mold formation. The formula of our thermotec® products – low water content, low binder content – allows for short drying times! For over 30 years, this has made us an innovator and market leader in the construction and insulation industry, as well as in the production of insulation materials.

thermotec® is not the same as styrofoam or lightweight concrete!

Due to the dense cement structure, styrofoam or lightweight concrete only offer minimal insulation properties. You would need at least double the installation thickness to even come close to the thermal and impact sound insulation values of thermotec®. This, in turn, leads to very long drying times and a significant risk of mold formation.

So, it's better to play it safe with thermotec®.
