If you are traveling to our fair from a country in which citizens require a visa for Germany, you will need an official letter from Koelnmesse.

In order for us to formulate this letter as accurately as possible, you must provide us with various details.
Please complete all of the Visa Support form. We will then send you an official letter by fax and will also forward a copy to the nearest German consulate in your country.

Please inquire about the entry requirements applying to you (e.g. visa requirement) in good time before you come to the event. Please also carry out the necessary formalities yourself. Koelnmesse will not accept responsibility if you do not receive a visa, do not receive a visa on time, or you are unable to travel to the event due to other reasons.
