Cologne is preparing for the next wave of success at aquanale
aquanale concluded in Cologne on 25 October with very good results. The event's synergies with FSB (International Trade Fair for Amenity Areas, Sports and Pool Facilities) were optimally exploited. On four days, the trade fair duo, which took place on the same days for the first time ever, attracted some 25,000 visitors from 115 countries, which represents an increase of more than six per cent.
The International Trade Fair for Sauna, Pool and Ambience made very significant gains in terms of its international character. aquanale recorded a particularly noticeable increase in visitors from the UK, Russia, France, the Netherlands, Turkey and Israel, as well from Asia, and especially India. On the exhibitor side, 256 companies from 26 nations were on hand to present the latest trends for the coming year. "The highly international nature of the visitor groups and exhibitors demonstrates that our new trade fair concept was very well received by the sector," said Katharina C. Hamma, Chief Operating Officer of Koelnmesse. "Together, aquanale and FSB represent one of the biggest marketplaces for the swimming pool sector."
